I have taken a cue from fellow blogger, The Accidental Wallflower, and collected my fluff for its first photo session.  I have been intending to do this for some time now but could never quite figure out how best to photograph it all.  On top of that my stash continues to grow because, let’s face it, I’m an addict.  I finally received what may be among my last pieces of “fluff mail” yesterday so I decided to go ahead and immortalize my cloth diapering stash through the power of blogging.

We have been cloth diapering our son, Corban, since day one.  I have loved every minute of it and so has my husband.  We each even have our preferences as to what diapers we like to use.  My husband is fanatic over prefolds.  He’ll grab for one of these much more quickly than he will any of the rest.  I don’t dislike them, but the extra equipment (Snappis and covers) make them much more involved.  His other preference is the Poopsiedoodles because it keeps Corban’s skin oh-so-dry!  My go-to diaper is the Blissful Booty AIO.  My next preference is anything bumGenius!

Not pictured is our most awesome stash of Cloth-eez® Prefold Diapers from Green Mountain Diapers.  I guess that is not technically correct.  They are pictured, you just can’t seem them.  They are inside the covers, and we also use them as doublers.  Like I said, my husband loves them for both day and night time.  I love them for the night time because they fit perfectly well beneath Corban’s wool soakers.  These are also not pictured.  I crocheted three of them for him before he was born.  He has already outgrown the first two!

A friend of mine gave us some Brazilian cloth diapers, but after I ruined one in the wash I refused to use the other two.  They are just two lovely!  Since they are flat diapers I plan to use the fabric for a project yet to be determined.  They certainly will make something beautiful!

I had never considered my cloth diaper stash to be large until I was forced to climb high to take a photo of it all.  I may have perhaps overdid it a little bit, but in the end I’ll still have accomplished much more with cloth diapering than using disposables.  I have provided links to where I purchased most of the diapers.  Some of them have been discontinued, while others I bought used.  I encourage anyone who is planning on cloth diapering to buy used whenever possible.  Not only is it cheaper, they are much more absorbent and you’ll be helping out a fellow cloth diapering mother!
